Allproof's 200 mm PC polymer concrete channel is a moulded concrete strip drain that uses polymers to supplement cement as the binder material. This creates a highly durable drain with extremely low permeability, making it the perfect solution for commercial applications.
The trench drain comes in 1 m lengths with a 200 mm clear opening. The channel has the option of either a stainless steel or cast iron edge to match the grate. Grate options include stainless steel and cast iron with heelproof designs. Grates have been load-class tested in accordance to AS3996, with results from A to E. A selection of grates are also slip-resistance tested by an independent laboratory to AS4586, which provides assurances to product specifiers that Allproof’s PC trench drains reduce hazards in high foot traffic or fast moving areas.
Polymer concrete trench drains' physical and chemical characteristics, along with its high performance, provide an excellent solution for a wide variety of applications. Suitable commercial applications include loading docks, industrial yards, infrastructure (i.e. freeway / motorway shoulders), and factory and production facilities (i.e. brewery’s / winery’s), as well as pedestrian areas and urban landscaping in light commercial projects (i.e. malls, pedestrian streets, car parks).
